just wondering, does anyone know if NCSoft backup deleted characters for a certain period of time or something?

cause my account was hacked, and char was deleted

I think only NCSoft knows that answer

I think they backup the servers in case something happens they can return you to the point of the failure. However, I don't think they back up individual characters and furthermore my assumption would be that they will not update or service individual account holders.
